Our flexible eLearning packages are engaging and easy-to-access, and CareTutor has been awarded the Skills for Care Centre of Excellence accolade for the past 3 years. CareTutor has also just launched a range of eLearning courses for the Childcare sector.
We are a small team based in Chiswick, West London, and we are looking for a full-time Digital Marketing Executive who can maximise the impact of our marketing. Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager and working closely with our product, sales and customer service team, this is a great opportunity for a digital marketing professional to take responsibility for all aspects of marketing whilst helping to grow the business.
The business is expanding, launching many new courses and a new range of courses into several new sectors. As the Digital Marketing Executive, you will assist with developing and executing digital marketing campaigns across all channels, creating compelling content, managing social media, and analysing campaign results. We are not expecting candidates to have good experience in all aspects of the role and additional training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:- Social Media: Managing company LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, Facebook and other social media accounts, promoting sales/products, keeping customers informed of relevant news.
- PPC: Using Google Ads and Microsoft advertising.
- Copywriting: Creating eye-catching, compelling, SEO friendly copy around our brand and products and distributing this via social media, blogs and other digital platforms.
- Google Analytics: Proficient knowledge of software to measure progress of site pages and understand successes and failures & report on the effectiveness of digital campaigns.
- SEO - Keyword analysis: Implementation of tools such as Google Ads Keyword Planner to research best practice into keywords for content.
- Competitor analysis: Usage of tools such as SEMrush in order to analyse competitor position and content performance.
- Graphic Design: Experience in using Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and/or Canva to create and edit marketing material such as website, email and social media graphics.
- Market research and segmentation.
- Email Marketing: Weekly email communications with offers and information using MailChimp and HubSpot.
- Website management: Any experience with WordPress, Elementor, and coding HTML and CSS would be useful.
- Monthly marketing reports.
- Database management: Using Excel and HubSpot.
- Educated at Degree level with an organised and analytical approach.
- Able to multi-task.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Able to work on your own initiative.
- Self-motivated and results driven, with a will to achieve beyond expectations.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
- Ability to use Google Analytics, Google Ads and other marketing tools to analyse and optimise campaign performance.
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with experience creating compelling content for different channels.
- Experience with social media management and strategy.
- Knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices.
- Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
- Experience with email marketing and website content management.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to identify key insights from data.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and collaborative teams.
- Experience managing support from marketing agencies and freelancers is desirable.
