CareTutor is a leading EdTech SaaS provider of cost-effective, interactive, video-based eLearning for the Social Care, Health Care, and Childcare sectors. CareTutor offers engaging and easy-to-access courses to support care workers in meeting CQC requirements and providing effective care. The company has recently launched an Enterprise grade eLearning platform called Pathway, and has some of the best video-based eLearning courses in the sector and is currently pursuing an aggressive growth strategy. We also deliver instructor-led fully funded leadership courses to team leaders and managers in the care sector, via webinar. We’re hiring an Account Executive to join our sales team and help convert inbound leads and warm prospects across the UK. If you're an experienced sales rep with a passion for health, education, or care — this could be the perfect fit.
What You’ll Do:
- Run product demos with care home managers, HR leads, and directors
- Identify pain points, present tailored solutions, and close new business
- Manage your pipeline through HubSpot and collaborate with SDRs and other team members
- Use LinkedIn and email for targeted outreach campaigns
- Occasionally represent the company at trade exhibitions or regional care events (UK-based)
You’re a Great Fit If You:
- Have 1–3 years of B2B sales experience (SaaS preferred)
- Are confident delivering demos and handling objections
- Have experience using LinkedIn for outreach and lead generation
- Are comfortable occasionally attending industry events or conferences
- Communicate clearly, listen actively, and enjoy consultative selling
- Are self-motivated and thrive in a remote, KPI-driven environment

Qualifications
- Proven Sales, and Business Development skills
- Good experience of using LinkedIn and email scraping tools for sales development
- Experience with a CRM such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- Lead Generation and Communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in the healthcare or social care industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field
