We’re looking for a Registered Manager to oversee our CQC-rated ‘Outstanding' Home Care Service located south of Oxford. Managing the day-to-day running of the office, assisted by the Office Manager, ensuring efficiency and profitability while prioritising Client and Carer care.
A background in health and social care management and/or nursing would be great, as well as being a good communicator. An early retired person from the NHS with nursing or administration background would be ideal. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practice would also be an advantage.
