An exciting opportunity has arisen for Residential Team Leaders! We are looking for Team Leaders who are caring and compassionate individuals with the desire to make a positive difference to the lives of our incredible children and young people through leading by example to other children's and young person's support workers.

Essential Information
  • 224 hours of paid annual leave per annum, rising to 240 hours after 5 years
  • Working on a rota basis - you will receive a monthly rota
  • This is a 365 day a year job, including Christmas, new year and all the fun holidays but it is even more fun when you celebrate with the children!
  • The shifts consist of long hours and sleep ins (which are essential) and the hours differ depending on which home you are based in
Job role
  • Meeting the needs of the Children and Young People in line with Ofsted regulations
  • Planning team rotas to support the Deputy and home manager in various meetings and appointments
  • Assisting the Registered Manager and/or the Deputy Manager in the implementation of all aspects of the Statement of Purpose
  • To carry out all other reasonable tasks as directed by the Registered Manager and/or the Deputy Manager
  • To supervise in the absence of the Registered Manager and/or Deputy Manager
  • Welcome a diverse culture in the home
  • Creating a safe, family environment for the children
Requirements
  • You MUST be 21 due to Ofsted regulations
  • Driving is essential due to locations of the homes
  • You must have at least six month’s experience in Children’s residential care
