CareTech is growing, and we are looking for a skilled Projects Surveyor to join our growing Adult Care Division. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in the development and delivery of care services across the UK.
About the Role:
As a Projects Surveyor, you will support the Group Property Development Director in managing a variety of building and refurbishment projects. The projects will range in value from £20k to £1.5m, focusing on both existing and newly acquired properties. This role will involve overseeing the project from start to finish, ensuring all work is completed to high standards, within budget, and on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the delivery of growth and development programs within the Adult Care Division.
- Managing refurbishment, alterations, and adaptations of properties.
- Liaising with contractors, consultants, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensuring compliance with building regulations and statutory standards.
- Budgeting, cost control, and ensuring value for money on projects.
What We’re Looking For:
- A professional with experience in building or quantity surveying.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects from inception to completion.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both internal teams and external contractors.
