Job Summary
Reporting to the Locality Manager, the Dual Service Registered Manager will provide operational, commercial, and quality leadership across the three services. You’ll play a key role in service delivery, regulatory compliance, people management, and business development. You will ensure our service users receive high-quality, personalised care and support while maintaining the home’s full occupancy, financial stability, and staff performance.
