What You’ll Do
- Support young people with community activities such as horse riding, swimming, cinema, pantomimes and beach visits to enrich their wellbeing and community access.
- Assist with placement and enrichment opportunities to ensure a wealth of future prospects.
- Build relationships and provide emotional support during highs and lows; personal care may be required.
- Complete essential planning and documentation.

About Lufton College
Lufton College has two sites across 40 acres of beautiful countryside. We support young people aged 16‑25 with autism and additional learning needs through day placements of 38 and 52 weeks. Our aim is to enrich and support students as they enter adulthood, using animal therapy with our cats and mini farm to aid wellbeing.
