We are looking for Bank Residential Support workers to join our team. Our Residential Support Workers receive specialist training in respect of early trauma, CSE, HSB, Children’s rights and participation. We work to a multi-disciplinary approach with clear measurable outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Provide residential support to children and young people in line with care plans and company values.
- Engage in activities and support a positive, predictable, and nurturing environment.
- Complete required documentation and participate in multi-disciplinary reviews as needed.
- Utilise driving license where applicable to support activities and transport needs.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Hold a full UK manual driving licence
- Experience in a similar setting (minimum 3 months preferred)
- QCF Level 3 Children & Young People qualification or equivalent (preferred, not essential)
- Energetic and fast-paced environment
- Enjoy activities
- Prepared to work enough hours to achieve the QCF Level 3
