What You’ll Do
- Support young people with their daily routines; getting them ready for school, prepping for meal times and planning activities.
- Create a warm, homely environment by helping with light housekeeping.
- Build strong, meaningful relationships and provide emotional support.
- Plan and join fun activities like trips to the park, popcorn & movie nights or creative projects.
- Keep essential records to ensure the best possible care.
Where You’ll Do It
Fensgrove is a beautiful house that lives up to the expectation of being a home. It is decorated to a high standard with warm wallpaper, soft furnishings and accessories. Fensgrove boasts a large outdoor space with a garden and looks out onto a local nature reserve – ideal for evenings watching the sunset. The garden is full of playful toys and a large paddling pool for summer days. We support our children with a nurturing environment, providing love, guidance and caring advice. Using our knowledge and aspects of PACE, we help children cope with challenges, inspire them, and show them their own self‑worth.
