What You’ll Do
- Support young people with their daily routines: getting them ready for school, prepping for meal times and planning activities.
- Create a warm, homely environment by helping with light housekeeping.
- Build strong, meaningful relationships and provide emotional support.
- Plan and join fun activities like trips to the park, popcorn & movie nights or creative projects.
- Keep essential records to ensure the best possible care.

Our home is a solo Home within Cambian Group and is committed to providing the best possible care. The team guides and supports young people to develop the skills to keep themselves safe and to understand safety and social inclusion. Staff promote and encourage young people to become law-abiding, enabling their social inclusion. Staff members develop young people’s knowledge and skills so they gain the insight to live healthy lifestyles. Staff members continue to be role models for our young people.
