To help them achieve this you will need to be flexible as you are required to work shifts including bank holidays, weekends and potential sleep ins.

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • In this role you will participate in the day to day implementation of individual support plans and activities within a challenging environment.
  • You will maintain effective communication and liaison with the Service Users, Families and others whilst respecting appropriate confidentiality.
  • Supporting Service Users with preparation of their meals, laundry duties, cleaning and social events.
  • Maintain accurate notes and records as and when required.
