Children’s Residential - Complex Trauma Services

An exciting opportunity has arisen in our children’s homes, for Residential Support Workers! We are looking for a caring and compassionate person with the desire to help children and young people, by making a positive difference to their lives.

  • 224 hours of paid annual leave per annum
  • You will receive a monthly rota
  • This is a 365 day a year job, including Christmas, New Year and all the fun holidays but it is even more fun when you celebrate with the children!
  • The shifts are flexible and there are sleep ins involved (which are essential)
  • The hours differ depending on which home you are based in
  • You MUST be 21 due to Ofsted regulations
  • No experience needed
  • Refer a friend payment scheme
  • Enrolled on to a workplace pension scheme after three months of employment
  • Enrolment on to NVQ level 4 Children and Young People’s Workforce after successful completion of six-month probationary period
