The school: Oakwood School is an independent specialist provision which provides high quality, personalised education for young people aged 5 to 16 with social, emotional and mental health difficulties and who are at significant risk. Requirements:
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role.
- A strong understanding of SEMH needs and/or alternative provision.
- A track record of improving outcomes for pupils.

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A clear vision for school improvement and high standards.
- Resilience, adaptability, and a child-centred approach.
