What You'll Do
- Support young people with their daily routines.
- Create a warm, homely environment by helping with light housekeeping.
- Build strong, meaningful relationships and provide emotional support.
- Plan and join fun activities like trips to the park, popcorn & movie nights or creative projects.
- Keep essential records to ensure the best possible care.
New staff must be comfortable using an electronic care recording system on a daily basis to document, monitor, and update children and young people's records accurately. Experience with Clearcare is an advantage, but not essential, as full training will be provided. However, all staff are expected to confidently use digital systems as part of their day-to-day role.

The Wonderful Young People We Share Our Home With: We're currently sharing our home with three incredible young people, each with their own distinct personality and charm. They're all easy-going with great characters, and they really enjoy chatting with the team. They're an adventurous group, taking part in a variety of activities from walking, cycling, and climbing to wild water swimming. They also love their pamper nights, getting their hair and nails done.
Our Dedicated and Supportive Team: Our team is a remarkable group of individuals who come together to provide exceptional support for the young people and each other. They have a wonderfully flexible and supportive approach to their duties, always willing to go the extra mile.
