Key Responsibilities:

  • A Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within children's residential services.
  • A strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection policies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations effectively.
  • A full UK driving licence.
