Salary: £18,423.14
32.5 hours per week, (8.45am – 3.45pm Mon- Fri) term time
Full UK driving licence required
Are you looking to join a well-established, committed and developing education team supporting young people with Complex Needs? Do you have experience working in an SEN School? Are you based in or around the Ripon area? Do you have the empathy, compassion and resilience required to help support young people in their learning? Here you will join a strong, supportive team in helping young people with complex needs. It is challenging yet highly rewarding work where the little things you do every day will have life-changing results.
Located in the beautiful North Yorkshire countryside on the outskirts of Ripon, Spring Hill is a residential SEN School and Children’s Home.
You will need the following skills/qualifications:
- A passion for working with children and young people.
- Experience of working within an SEN School.
- Excellent communication skills and a good team player.
- Engaging.

- A willingness to learn.
- GCSE grade 4 or equivalent in English & Maths.
