About the Service - Dugdale House
Rated Good by CQC, Dugdale House is registered for 8 service users with Learning Disabilities. The Service Users enjoy going to the local day centre, shops, and coffee shops. Dugdale House is a beautiful Victorian building and boasts a large garden which is regularly used by staff and service users for barbeques, in house events and picnics. The service users enjoy many in house activities as well as visiting local day centres.
The Role

Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking people who are caring, patient, and respectful, with a positive and resilient approach. You should be confident working independently and within a team, have good communication skills, basic IT and written abilities, and be flexible and reliable. No previous experience? No problem! If you have the passion, we’ll provide full training and a structured induction programme.

- Willingness to work towards Level 2 QCF (Social Care Wales registration)
- Ability to work unsociable hours on a rota basis
- Drivers is essential
- Enhanced DBS required (paid for by CareTech)
