We are the Cambian Group, the largest independent provider of care and education for children and young people. The young people in our care range between the ages of 8-18 years and have a range of behavioural and emotional needs. We are looking for enthusiastic, energetic, flexible and caring people to join our team across the South West region to continue improving the lives of the young people within our care.

As a Senior Support Worker, you will be involved in all aspects of their everyday lives and the positive impact you will have is immeasurable.

In addition to a £500 Refer a Friend Scheme, we offer:

  • Rate of Pay: £14.67 - £15.49 per hour dependent on experience/qualifications
  • Completely free on-shift meals and parking
