CareTech is looking for Support Workers to join our Ellwood service in Peterborough. This is a rewarding opportunity to support adults with a range of needs, helping them to live independently, develop daily living skills, and enjoy meaningful community-based activities.

The Role
As a Support Worker, you will provide both practical and emotional support, empowering service users to live as independently as possible. Duties include:
- Supporting daily living skills (meals, laundry, cleaning, personal care)
- Assisting with health appointments and record keeping
- Enabling service users to engage in community-based activities and social events
- Working as part of a dedicated team to deliver high-quality care
