The Oakleaf Group are looking to recruit a keen and enthusiastic Receptionist to come and work within our administration team. The position is a full-time role and the successful candidate will manage the reception duties on our main rehabilitation site in Hartwell, Northampton between the hours of 08.30 - 16.30 Monday to Friday. Full training on understanding brain injury and other useful information will be provided as will a comprehensive handover of the role.
About the Service - The Oakleaf Group (part of CareTech) is a leading provider of specialist brain injury rehabilitation services for male adults. It provides 100+ beds operating across 5 sites in Northamptonshire, for assessment and active rehabilitation, community rehabilitation and long stay/maintenance placements.
The Role You will:
- Be based in Reception at Hartwell; meet and greet visitors, answer phones, manage post and general duties associated with the Reception.
- Co-ordinate booking of rooms for meetings/visits and provide refreshments for visitors.
- Take responsibility for the central key cabinet and key management.
- Assist with the co-ordination of transport requirements for the units.
- Make ad hoc orders: postage stamps/toners etc.
- Ad hoc laminating/photocopying requests.
- Order and manage stationery stock cupboard.
- Other tasks as required to support the management team.

The Receptionist is a key role providing our 'front-of-house' service, answering phone calls, checking in post, greeting visitors, general administration duties, and interacting with the residents we work with. If you are a cheerful and friendly, easy-going person who can multi-task, prioritise your own workload and cope with a fluctuating level of activity in your role, we'd like to talk to you. You will need to be polite and helpful, willing to problem-solve and support the wider team to provide the best possible service to our residents, staff, funders and other visitors. You will need to feel happy working on your own and as part of a wider team.
