What You’ll Do
- Support young people with their daily routines; getting them ready for school, prepping for meal times and planning activities.
- Create a warm, homely environment by helping with light housekeeping.
- Build strong, meaningful relationships and provide emotional support.
- Plan and join fun activities like trips to the park, popcorn & movie nights or creative projects.
- Keep essential records to ensure the best possible care.
Where You’ll Do It
Our home is a solo home with 1 young person living there that’s been there for just over 12 months. We have a good committed staff team that work hard to improve the lives of the young people. The young person makes us all happy to complete our jobs as we can see the progress they are making each day. Our team works together, allocates job roles and collectively solves problems to meet the young person's needs.
