OFSTED Registered Manager – Intake & Assessment (Children’s Residential) is responsible for ensuring that the support offered is constant, reliable, and of the highest possible quality at all times. The goal is to actively enable each child and young person in care to achieve their personal best.
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 DOE plus an annual £5,000 bonus and Management Incentive Programme.
- Welcome bonus of £5,000 pending successful fit persons interview.
- Annual quality and commercial bonus from £5,000.

Relevant Experience:
- At least 2 years in a position related to residential care of children, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role within the last 5 years.
- Level 3 in Children's Residential Care is essential. Level 5 in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare is preferred at point of application; if not, must be enrolled on the Level 5 within 6 months of starting in post.
- Understanding of The Quality Standards, SCCIF, childcare legislation, and regulatory requirements.
- Skills in planning, organizing, budget control, resource allocation, and team leadership.
- Knowledge of the needs of children with behavioural, emotional, and social difficulties, including managing challenging behaviour.
