OFSTED Registered Manager – Intake & Assessment (Children’s Residential)

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 DOE plus annual £5,000 bonus and Management Incentive Programme.

  • Welcome bonus £5,000 pending successful fit persons interview.

Relevant Experience:

  • At least 2 years in a position related to residential care of children, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role within the last 5 years.
  • Level 3 in Children's Residential Care is essential. Level 5 in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare is preferred at point of application; if not, then you must be enrolled on the Level 5 within 6 months of starting in post.
  • Understanding of The Quality Standards, SCCIF, childcare legislation, and regulatory requirements.
  • Planning, organizing, budget control, resource allocation, and team leadership.
  • Knowledge of the needs of children with behavioural, emotional and social difficulties, including managing challenging behaviour.
