OFSTED Registered Manager – Intake & Assessment (Children’s Residential) is focused on supporting not just the individuals in our care but their families and communities too. As a leading provider, we ensure that the support we offer is constant, reliable, and of the highest possible quality at all times. You will share the same unified goal to actively enable each and every one of the children and young people in our care to achieve their own personal best.
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 DOE plus annual £5,000 bonus and Management Incentive Programme.
- Welcome bonus £5,000 pending successful fit persons interview.
- Annual quality and commercial bonus from £5,000.
- As a member of the CareTech leadership team, you will participate in a Management Incentive Plan that will enable you to share in the long-term success of the Company.

- Relevant Experience: At least 2 years in a position related to residential care of children, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role within the last 5 years.
- Level 3 in Children's Residential Care is essential. Level 5 in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare is preferred at point of application; if not, then you must be enrolled on the Level 5 within 6 months of starting in post.
- Understanding of The Quality Standards, SCCIF, childcare legislation, and regulatory requirements.
- Skills in planning, organizing, budget control, resource allocation, and team leadership.
- Knowledge of the needs of children with behavioural, emotional, and social difficulties, including managing challenging behaviour.
- Driving License: As part of the CareTech family, you will be part of the most exciting Children's care team in the UK, making a difference every day for the young people we support.
