We are seeking a dedicated Support Worker for a full-time, on-site position located in Shinfield, Reading. In this role, you will assist individuals with daily living activities, personal care, and accessing community resources. Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the development of independence
  • Helping to achieve personal goals
  • Providing emotional and practical support tailored to individual needs
  • Working closely with a team to ensure a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment for those in your care

Qualifications:

  • Experience in caregiving, personal support, or working with individuals with complex needs
