As a Residential Support Worker, you will support young people with their daily routines, getting them ready for school, prepping for meal times and planning activities. You will create a warm, homely environment by helping with light housekeeping and plan fun activities like trips to the park, popcorn & movie nights or creative projects. You will also keep essential records to ensure the best possible care.

Our home is a 2-bed home, in a rural location on the Welsh border, currently having only one child admitted. The young person attends education and enjoys many indoor and outdoor activities such as day trips, football, chess, cinema, pool, table tennis, cooking, and positive interaction and support.
