As a Residential Support Worker, you will support young people with their daily routines, including:
- Getting them ready for school
- Prepping for meal times
- Planning activities
Create a warm, homely environment by helping with light housekeeping. Plan and join fun activities like trips to the park, popcorn & movie nights or creative projects. Keep essential records to ensure the best possible care.
Our home is a 2-bed home, in a rural location on the Welsh border, with a very homely environment currently having only one child admitted. The young person attends education and enjoys many indoor and outdoor activities such as day trips, football, chess, cinema, pool, table tennis, cooking, and positive interaction and support.
No prior experience? If you have the passion, we’ll provide the training.
