We have a rare opportunity to join the Cambian Group in a new Specialist Mental Health Service – The Willows, a children’s residential home with educational provision for up to 8 children. As a senior leader within our specialist mental health services, you will play a major part in transforming the delivery of service and enhancing our children’s experiences.
Based at the new children’s home in Wisbech, this position requires you to serve as Head of Care and Registered Manager, achieving the aims and objectives within the Statement of Purpose of the Children’s homes and the wider needs of the whole site at The Willows.
Key Responsibilities:- Serve as Registered Manager to achieve the aims and objectives within the Statement of Purpose of the Children’s homes.
- Support the transformation of service delivery and enhance children’s experiences.
- Ensure the overall needs of the whole site at The Willows are met.
