£31,700 per annum, inclusive of sleep-in payments. We are unable to offer sponsorship for this role. New staff must be comfortable using an electronic care recording system on a daily basis to document, monitor, and update children and young people’s records accurately. Experience with Clearcare is an advantage, but not essential, as full training will be provided. However, all staff are expected to confidently use digital systems as part of their day-to-day role.

You will have the opportunity to support each young person and be the advocate to encourage the normal development of young people through providing a consistent caring adult role model.

  • Ability to cover day shifts with overnight sleep-ins at the service.

What does our rota look like? Each shift is 8am to 11pm – Sleep ins are 11pm to 8am. 3 week rolling rota (One day on, Two days off). Competitive rates of pay with enviable sleep-in payments.
