We are looking for Team Leaders who are caring and compassionate individuals with the desire to make a positive difference to the lives of our incredible children and young people through leading by example to other children's and young person’s support workers.

Children’s Residential - Complex Trauma Services
We are the Cambian group, one of the largest independent providers of care and education for children and young people. We believe that everybody has a personal best and we strive to show our young people their potential.
Essential Information:
- 224 hours of paid annual leave per annum, rising to 240 hours after 5 years
- Working on a rota basis - you will receive a monthly rota
- This is a 365 day a year job, including Christmas, new year and all the fun holidays but it is even more fun when you celebrate with the children!
- The shifts consist of long hours and sleep ins (which are essential) and the hours differ depending on which home you are based in
Job role:
- Meeting the needs of the Children and Young People in line with Ofsted regulations
- Planning team rotas to support the Deputy and home manager in various meetings and appointments
- Assisting the Registered Manager and/or the Deputy Manager in the implementation of all aspects of the Statement of Purpose
- To carry out all other reasonable tasks as directed by the Registered Manager and/or the Deputy Manager
- To supervise in the absence of the Registered Manager and/or Deputy Manager
- Welcome a diverse culture in the home
- Creating a safe, family environment for the children
Requirements:
- You MUST be 21 due to Ofsted regulations
- Driving is essential due to locations of the homes
- You must have at least six month’s experience in Children’s residential care and you must hold a relevant level 3 qualification
