The garden is full of playful toys and a large paddling pool for those wonderful summer days. At Fensgrove, we support our children by providing a nurturing environment, talking to them and showing love and support, providing guidance and caring advice. We use our knowledge and understanding to help the children cope with any challenges they may face. Our aim is to inspire children, be role models and show them their own self-worth. The children make us feel whole and show us that we are making a difference to their lives through their progress and words of thanks. We are one big happy family and this works so well with our homely environment. The team thrive when they come together and can see the difference they make upon reflection. We regularly share good news and progress made during team meetings and have moments where we can reflect and give words of encouragement and advice if needed. We support each other as a team each and every day and we support the children all of the time - through nurture, care and attention.
