Roborough House provides expert care and treatment for adults with complex support needs, resulting from mental health disorders, dementias, strokes and progressive neurological conditions and associated comorbidities such as epilepsy, dysphagia, diabetes and behaviours that may challenge a mainstream nursing home.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide a warm and welcoming reception for visitors.
- Skilled at building rapport and maintaining relationships with diverse individuals.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Experience with finance software and rota management is a plus, but not essential (training provided).
