Your daily activities might include:

You’ll work closely with colleagues, social workers, teachers, and therapists – forming part of a multidisciplinary team all working in the child’s best interests.

Experience in mental health, social care, or with children and young people is highly desirable, but not essential – full training is provided. New staff must be comfortable using an electronic care recording system on a daily basis to document, monitor, and update children and young people’s records accurately. Experience with Clearcare is an advantage, but not essential, as full training will be provided. However, all staff are expected to confidently use digital systems as part of their day-to-day role.

You must be able to provide two professional references covering the last two years. You’ll need to supply details of all roles involving children or vulnerable adults, and provide full employment history back to full-time education.
