As a Deputy Manager you will support young people with their daily routines; getting them ready for school, prepping for meal times and planning activities. Create a warm, homely environment by helping with light housekeeping. Plan and join fun activities like trips to the park, popcorn & movie nights or creative projects. Keep essential records to ensure the best possible care.

We pride ourselves in providing a nurturing setting in which vulnerable children are able to build their independence skills and overcome barriers to achieve their personal best and prepare for adulthood. We work with various children with a range of complex issues to keep them safe and prepare them for life after care. We ensure children feel loved, supported and cared for and implement boundaries to ensure children feel safe and are aware of the expectations placed upon them.
