Responsibilities

  • Leading and supporting a team of residential support workers
  • Ensuring the highest standard of care for children and young people

  • Supporting staff development through training, guidance, and supervision

Your role requires residential childcare experience and a Level 3 qualification (or willingness to get one). Qualifications and Experience

  • Experience in residential childcare or a similar setting
  • Leadership or supervisory experience within a care environment
  • A Level 3 qualification in Residential Childcare
  • Strong knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
  • Passion for making a positive impact in young people\’s lives
