Salary: £33,488 plus sleep ins (£67.50 per sleep in)

Bonus: £500 Welcome bonus + £1,000 Refer-a-friend scheme

Shift Pattern: 40 hours-consolidated shift pattern with sleep ins

Contract: Full Time

Driver Required: Full UK manual driving licence (essential)

The Role – Residential Team Leader / Senior Support Worker

  • Support young people to build positive relationships and achieve their full potential
  • Lead shifts and act as a positive role model within the home
  • Participate in the Management On-Call rota
  • Minimum 12 months’ experience in a Children’s residential care setting
  • QCF Level 3 Diploma in Children & Young People (or equivalent)
  • Experience leading or supporting a staff team
  • Full UK manual driving licence (company car provided during work hours)
  • Ability to work evenings, nights and weekends
  • New staff must be comfortable using an electronic care recording system on a daily basis to document, monitor, and update children and young people’s records accurately. Experience with Clearcare is an advantage, but not essential, as full training will be provided. However, all staff are expected to confidently use digital systems as part of their day-to-day role.
