We are recruiting Residential Support Workers near Worcester for Branas Isaf Children's Services, part of the CareTech Group. Whether you're experienced or new to care, if you have the right values, we'd love to hear from you.
Branas Isaf delivers therapeutic residential childcare, education, and support for children and young people with emotional and behavioural challenges in a nurturing environment that promotes healing and growth.
Responsibilities:- Provide emotional and practical support to children and young people with complex needs (including emotional and behavioural difficulties).
- Be part of a therapeutic care team alongside education and clinical professionals.
- Encourage young people to grow, develop independence, and thrive in a safe and structured environment.
- Help create Extraordinary Days Every Day through positive, meaningful experiences.
- Full UK manual driving licence (essential).
- Willingness to work unsociable hours (evenings, weekends, and overnight sleep-ins).
- Ability to commit to a 2 days on (with sleep-ins) / 4 days off rolling rota.
- No prior experience required β full training and mentoring provided.
