Do you hold a full UK manual driver licence? Do you have a QCF - Level 3 in Children and Young People or equivalent? Do you have a minimum of 12 months experience in children services?

We are looking for a team leader with:

  • Previous experience as a support worker within a children’s residential setting
  • NVQ or QCF Level 3 in Children and Young People (or equivalent)
  • A positive attitude, friendly persona, and caring nature
  • 12 months team leader experience

Key requirements:

  • Driver (company provides a car/mini bus during working hours)
  • Able to work unsociable hours (evenings, nights, and weekends)
  • Shift Pattern: 2 On 4 Off (x2 full days including sleeps)
