Do you hold a full UK manual driver licence? Do you have a QCF - Level 3 in Children and Young People or equivalent? Do you have a minimum of 12 months children services experience?

We are looking for a team leader with:
- Previous experience as a support worker within a children’s residential setting
- NVQ or QCF Level 3 in Children and Young People (or equivalent)
- A positive attitude, friendly persona, and a caring nature
- 12 months team leader experience
Additional requirements:
- Able to work unsociable hours (evenings, nights and weekends)
- Shift Pattern: 2 On 4 Off (x2 full days including sleeps)
