Hours: 37.5 hours per week

About the Role
As a Support Worker at CareTech, you’ll support adults with learning disabilities, mental health needs, and challenging behaviour to live as independently as possible. You’ll deliver high-quality, person-centred support that promotes dignity, choice, and wellbeing.
Your role will include:
- Supporting daily living, personal care, and meal preparation
- Providing one-to-one, tailored support
