You will be required to:
- Day to day implementation of individual support plans and activities within a challenging environment.
- Maintain effective communication and liaison with service users, families and others whilst respecting appropriate confidentiality.
- Support service users with the preparation of meals, laundry duties, cleaning and social events.
- Maintain accurate notes and records as and when required.
- Work as part of a team to provide high quality care.

Location, Pay & Hours:
Kings Lynn, free onsite parking. £12.71 per hour. Working shifts, 4 out of 7 days. Required to work every other weekend, bank holidays, provide cover for Wake Night and Sleep Ins.
