Hours: 37.50 Hours Contract

Responsibilities
As a Support Worker you will provide person-centred support to adults with complex needs. You will:
- Support individuals to live independently and participate in daily life activities
- Observe and respond to service users’ needs with empathy and patience
- Communicate effectively with service users, families, and colleagues
- Remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations professionally
- Work both independently and as part of a supportive team (family)
- Be flexible to work unsociable hours, weekends, and bank holidays
Skills & Experience
- Experience in a caring environment essential
- Experience of working with adults with autism
- Experience of working with adults with learning disabilities
- Excellent writing skills
- Ability to keep calm under pressure
- Friendly, positive, and empowering attitude; person-centred focus
