Community Support Worker Location: Hunsbury and Weston Favell, Northampton Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week - This post may require you to work day or night shifts, with notice given. Hourly Rate: £12.71 per hour days and £13.71 per hour nights The Oakleaf Group is firmly established as one of the leading providers of rehabilitation services for men who have a brain injury or who suffer from other neurological conditions. Our main site is based in Hartwell, Northampton but we also have services based in Duston, Weston Favell, Hunsbury and Wellingborough. We are recruiting Community Support Workers to support our clients in our Community services based in Weston Favell and Hunsbury. Posts are full - time and will include a variety of days, nights and twilights. As part of your contract, you will be expected to work across any of the Oakleaf sites if required. Working in the community dictates a level of flexibility and all our community staff must be available to work where required. No staff are employed to any one area or unit. Some community staff will work on a rotation of working on the main site and in the community houses again, as and when required.
