Salary: ÂŁ34,510 to ÂŁ35,427 dependent on Level 3 qualification in Children's Residential, inclusive of sleep-in payments

What You’ll Do
- Support young people with their daily routines (getting ready for school, meal preparation, planning activities)
- Ensure our children receive the highest level of support
- Support senior staff with timely updates
- 8 sleep-ins per month
- Promote individuality and a personalised approach
- Complete and update care plans regularly, incorporating any additional requirements
- Contribute to a warm, homely environment through light housekeeping
- Build strong, meaningful relationships and provide emotional support
- Plan and join activities such as trips to the park, movie nights, or creative projects

Culcheth House is a family home in a village with a friendly staff team and five children. We are a home away from home, focusing on learning and development for both children and staff, helping everyone reach their potential.

- Previous experience is preferred, or caring for a friend or family member
- Ability to work towards a Level 3 qualification in Children's Residential
- Manual UK driving licence is essential
- Open to ongoing development with support from a friendly team
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to cover day shifts with overnight sleep-ins at the service
