Caretech Group is seeking enthusiastic Children's Residential Support Workers to join a warm, supportive team for children and young people in our care. You will build strong relationships, plan engaging activities, provide one-on-one support, and accompany young people on off-site trips.
New staff start with two weeks of paid training and will work 2–3 shifts per week with mandatory sleep-ins. Experience is not essential; a positive, can-do attitude and a passion for making a real difference
