CareTech Group is seeking a Learning & Development Business Partner to lead training across Hereford and Worcester services. This home-based role requires a minimum of 3 years’ experience in residential children’s services and regular travel with overnight stays in the Hereford and Worcester area.
You will design and deliver practical training, act as a subject lead, ensure health and safety compliance, and maintain records in the Myrus system.
