We are looking for Children’s Residential Care Workers to be a part of our team to build a stable and welcoming environment where our young people are central to everything we do.

As the new Residential Care Worker, you will be emotionally strong and driven to make a difference day to day. You will understand our children and their backgrounds, ensuring their needs are at the centre of everything we do. You will be approachable and detail focused, ensuring that our children’s safety is assured at all times, and that all protocols and regulations are fully adhered to.

We are looking for enthusiastic, energetic, flexible and caring people to join our team to continue improving the lives of the young people within our care. The working day can be very unpredictable and you could find yourself spending the entire morning organising activities and the afternoon providing 1:1 support.

We have our very own Management Development Programme to take those interested from Support Worker to Registered Manager and beyond.
