Care Tech Group in Hadley, Telford is seeking a dedicated Team Leader to guide and support a service for adults with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs.

The role is permanent, full-time (37.5 hours per week) with a rate of £13.79 per hour, and requires compassionate leadership and strong teamwork.

You will oversee evening and night shifts, promote person-centred care, complete audits, supervise staff, and ensure safeguarding and high-quality service delivery.
