Where You’ll Do It
Our home is more than just a children's home. We're creating family environments where children can thrive. Our mission is to accommodate the needs of children within a warm, nurturing and a family home setting. The young people who reside at the home are at the heart of every decision that is made as they don’t live in our home; we work in their home and their views and wishes are of the utmost importance. We do everything in our power to ensure they are kept safe and away from harm at all times. When the young people are safe, it makes all the staff team happy and it is a joy to work with the children and reach positive outcomes for all in our care. To support the young people and each other, we have personalised and individualised care and attention for all children in placement, focusing on emotional well-being and providing a supportive environment for growth and development. Every child deserves a place to call home. We’re here to make that a reality.
