CareTech Group is hiring a Waking Night Support Worker (Male) for our Dugdale House service in Potters Bar, Hertfordshire. The role is permanent, full-time (40 hours per week) on a rota basis, with shifts including nights and weekends.
You will deliver person-centred support to adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs, helping with daily living and promoting independence. No prior care experience is required as full training and a structured induction are provided.
